Introduction
We offer a complete line of straight bore corrugated pocket moulder heads that fit most moulders & shapers. We can 
make heads to any one of four different hook angles, a number of special bore sizes, and add special features. All 
heads are precision CNC machined from high strength steel for long-lasting durability and excellent performance.

100mm (Bore 1-1/4" or 30mm; Pockets No.2 & 4; Cutting Length 50/60/80/100/150mm)
For Shapers, Paulson, XL & Import Brand Moulders. This series of heads are designed for spindle shapers and most 
smaller non-jointed moulders with the flexibility to use corrugated knife steel with high rpm rotation. 
 
122mm (Bore 1-1/2" or 40mm; Pockets No.4; Cutting Length 50/60/80/100/130/150/180/230mm)
For Weinig, Wadkin, SCMI, Ilda, LeaderMac, Woodmizer, Silver & other Mid-Sized Moulders. 
The 122mm line, is designed for use on most European & Asian imported moulders. 
These use industry standard features and metric hardware, plus added features not offered by the German tool 
makers such as a high alloy tool steel body for greater tool life and deeper knife pockets for wider steel to be used for 
additional resharpenings. Knife pockets accept from 3/16" thick steel up to 10mm thick corg. steel. 

137mm (Bore 1-1/2", 40mm or 1-13/16"; Pockets No.4 & 6; Cutting Length 60/100/130/150/180/230/310mm).
For Weinig, Wadkin, SCMI, Ilda, LeaderMac, Woodmizer, Silver & other Mid-Sized Moulders. 
The 137mm line is designed for use on European & Asian imported moulders that have larger spindle diameters. 
Heads include industry standard features, plus heat treated alloy steel for greater strength, and dynamic balance them 
to 9,000 rpm for smoother cutting. H7 precision bore tolerance is used to decrease radial run-out and provide the 
smoothest cut possible with a straight bore head.
